Financial Incentives for Foreign Investors in Slovenia

Bookmark and Share

Foreign companies making direct investments in Slovenia can apply for government financial grants. Grants are available for investments in manufacturing, R&D and strategic services such as customer contact centers, shared services centers, logistics and distribution hubs and regional headquarters.

The aim of the scheme is to attract foreign investors whose operations will create new employment, transfer knowledge and technology and foster alliances between foreign investors and Slovenian companies. The scheme has been open since May 15 and will run until allocated funds are fully drawn or September 4, 2009 at the latest.

Public invitation for applications and additional information is available at http://www.investslovenia.org /incentives/financial/.
