Tasting of Slovenian Wines in California and New York

From the 6th to the 19th of May, a series of wine-tasting events of Slovenian wine, made by a producer with 150 years of wine-making tradition, named Santomas, will take place in California and New York. On the 6th of May, the tasting will take place at Lavanda Restaurant in Palo Alto, CA, and will be accompanied by a dinner of authentic Slovenian dishes.

Then, on the 7th of May, Santomas wines will be presented to Karen MacNeil, renowned wine expert and author of the book The Wine Bible. On the 8th of May, another dinner with Slovenian dishes and Santomas wines will take place at Caffe Venezia in Berkeley, CA. 

Those who are looking solely for wine-tasting opportunity are invited to the wine-tasting event at Silver lake Wine Store, from 3 to 5 pm. On the East coast, a wine tasting event with sommelier Andre Compeyre at Les Halles restaurant in New York, which will take place on the 19th of May by invitation only for trade, hospitality and press professionals.
