AMLA Clambake

The annual Clambake was held Saturday, October 3, at the SNPJ Farm. Thankfully, the weather held out and there was no rain. The temperature was just right for a perfect early autumn day. Guests enjoyed the outdoors and the kids spent plenty of time at the playground.
We had a pretty big crowd this year—there were 268 guests in attendance. The Clambake again was catered by Maple Hts. Catering and the food was delicious, as always. The meals were served quickly, so there were no long lines. Music was provided by Jack Flaisman and was enjoyed very much by the crowd. You had to look at the stage area to see all the music was being provided by just one musician.
My gratitude to all the FAC members who came early to set up and then stayed late to clean up! Thank you also to Vida and the “kitchen crew.” They ran the kitchen and made the very tasty krofe that came with the meals. They also had sausage and hot dog sandwiches available for purchase, as well as coffee
