Euclid Veterans Club
The Euclid Veterans Club was established after World War II by former Euclid mayor Tony Sustarsic and several fellow Purple Heart Veterans. The organization was founded with the goal of fostering the comradery that develops while serving one’s country, and it sought to extend this feeling of comradery throughout the community.
The Euclid Joint Veterans' Council includes the American Legion, Polish Legion American Veterans, Euclid Veterans Club, Jewish War Veterans, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the City of Euclid invite all Citizens and Active Duty Military to the Memorial Day Parade and Services.

Memorial Service: The service started at 11:00 a.m. with keynote speaker Brig. Gen. Robert P. Stall, deputy commanding officer of the 80th Training Division of the
U. S. Army Reserves. Stall is the former president of Euclid Hospital, now president of Medina Hospital.
The names of Euclid servicemen who died defending this country are inscribed on the monument, including 90 from World War II, eight from the Korean War, 12 from the Vietnam War, and one from the War on Terrorism.
